Executive Team

Isaac Griswold Steiner - Chief Executive Officer
Before transferring to Texas Tech to complete his degree in Computer Science Isaac worked for a startup in Chennai, India. He would eventually like to work for an innovative company doing software development or work on his own startup. Other than being involved with TTIME, he is a member of the Software Development Club and active in TTU 3 Day Startup. In his free time, he likes to take naps, read, and spend time with friends.
Ashley Reyna - Chief Operations Officer
Ashley is a rising junior majoring in Business Management at the Rawls College of Business. She currently holds the Marketing and Business Development intern position at a local Environmental, Safety and Civil Engineering firm. Ashley interned at Sewell Automotive Companies in San Antonio during the summer 2015 term. On the regular semesters, she stays busy with organizations such as Pi Beta Phi sorority and as a mentor for the TTU 3 Day Startup program.
Alfonso Alarcon - Vice President of Development
Alfonso is a junior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. He currently works in Kinetic, Texas Tech´s technology transfer accelerator, as a venture fellow. Alfonso enjoys finding new programs and coordinating existing resources to empower students with the resources and mentorship they need to succeed. Alfonso has previously worked as a Supplemental Instruction Leader for the Differential Equations course and as a student consultant at the TTU Small Business Development Center.
Steve Hernandez - Chief Content Officer
Steve is a third year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business majoring in Business Administration and Management. He has been actively involved in the research and innovation sphere at Texas Tech by working as a Student Assistant in the Office of the Vice President for Research. Steve has previously interned at Highland Homes and Sewell Automotive.
Ricardo Sanchez - Chief Technology Officer
Ricardo is a sophomore majoring in Computer Science. Outside TTIME, he served as an officer in the Texas Tech Students in Support of World Food Programme. He is also involved in the Software Development Club. In the future, he wants to own his own business either in the United States or his native Mexico.
Bryan Chacon - Chief Financial Officer
Bryan is an undergraduate student at Texas Tech studying Electrical Engineering. He is passionate about video editing, sports, and entrepreneurship. Bryan enjoys working with teams and was inspired to join TTIME after participating in 3 Day Startup. He previously held a strategy position on a competitive robotics team, and worked as an intern for a robotics company. Bryan is currently working on a startup and as a part of TTIME, hopes to be able to help others learn more about entrepreneurship.
Jenna Holt - Chief Administrative Officer
After acquiring both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Agricultural Communications, Jenna plans to work in the fields of agriculture and business. Jenna’s hobbies include working with animals, staying active and traveling.
Saba Nafees - CEO Emeritus
Saba is a graduate student completing the Master’s portion of the 5 year Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Mathematics. She is passionate about using mathematics to tackle anything from genetic disorders to problems in developing countries. Saba’s is currently conducting research in theoretical and mathematical biology with Dr. Sean Rice, a theoretical evolutionary biologist, through the TTU Howard Hughes Medical Institute Program.
